Initially when I called (9:10 am), Taylor was very polite and quick to take my information and schedule a service call for me. 10 or so minutes after scheduling service, Tameka (supervisor) called (9:28) and explained in great detail what the technician would do upon his arrival and the safety measures/social distancing that would be practiced to ensure everyone's safety. Deon arrived by 10 am as promised!!!! Now let's talk about Deon! This guy!!!!!!!!! He did his initial inspection and talked us through the process, what issues he saw and then treated the areas that he found to be problematic. He was kind and very generous with his knowledge of mosquitoes and provided tips that we could use to prevent the pesky insects from swarming our property. I'm so thankful that our city employs these top notch individuals and cannot thank them enough for their service to our city!!! Thanks again Chesapeake Mosquito Control!!!!”

But I think it's better to bring the items to them to show them the issues instead of calling over the phone. There will be better clarity if they see the items that needs to be repaired in my opinion. Also, the pricing is good. I called another place and they wanted to charge me $225 just to fix a cushion. Daniel's charged $60.”

“The last time I was here was maybe four years ago during a busy lunchtime. But during this visit, it was around 5 AM & I was eager for some hearty breakfast after a trip to the nearby Kaiser Permanente ER. It was nice & quiet at this early time with only a couple of other tables occupied, so it was a peaceful, soothing visit. My server was friendly, courteous, & responsive. I ordered one of the breakfast platters (steak, hash browns, two eggs, choice of bread) plus the free-refill orange juice - all of which were delivered to my table under 10 minutes. So I really appreciate the fact that Denny's is open 24/7 for dine-in at this location so close to the hospital, & that service is prompt. The only thing that disappointed me was not being able to order a cup of the soup of the day, which my server told me was only available during certain hours. I hope they make all the menu items available 24/7. Other than that, I was actually pleasantly surprised by my Denny's experience, given some bad reviews I've read here & there. I like the service & food - at least in this location. May it stay that way, & I will definitely come back. Thanks!”
