Turns out this guy doesn't have a business and the website was fake and his phone number was no longer working. I told my wife we will go to Elie's and once I called him he verified that the guy she called would not be found because they buy a new phone and just go from one place to another ripping people off. Elie's where honest and professional they got the original key fixed straight and didn't charge anything. I also got my car key batteries exchanged because they were going out and they did it quickly. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to my friends.”

I sent him photos of the original door handle, and he was able to contact a supplier and find a replacement handle. Upon acceptance of his reasonable quote, he ordered the part then contacted me as soon as it came in to schedule a time to install it. He arrived on Monday morning as planned and was so kind. The entire process took a week (this was not an urgent situation) from my inquiry to the installation.
