Quality massages for firm pressure, or pregnancy massage (highly recommend Alyssa for that), facials, jacuzzi, steam rooms, nice showers. And the little restaurant is good too. I’m sad that they’re closed because of covid.”

“Staff is wonderful. I stay here pretty often... Mostly for 3-5 days at a time. All the staff is great. I just wish they weren't so crazy on visitors that come to see me. Other than that great staff... Rooms are clean the housekeeping lady does a great job here. Rooms are a little pricey though for what you get.. I find I spend just as much here a night that I do a higher end hotel like the doubletree... And the amenities and overall appearance of double tree is 3 times as nice as this place. Fortunately the staff makes up for the lack of amenities.”

“I played a bit of hotel roulette when I booked this trip, and I was NOT disappointed. The rooms at this hotel are very clean and up to date. The surrounding area is VERY quiet except for the train, but you can barely hear it inside. The caltrain station is a short walk from the hotel. There is a small parking lot out front, parking along the back and some underground parking as well. My pet sitter canceled on me so I had to walk my dog a few times a day and had no issues walking her around at night, and the hotel even has a small dog spot on the property with little baggies and everything. One of the best residence inn breakfasts I've seen: scrambled & boiled eggs, meats, yogurt, fresh chopped fruit, toppings, oats, cereals, assorted breads, waffles, coffee, and juices.”

“Beautiful hotel!! My room was very spacious, my only complaint was that it is pretty dated for being so nice. The bathrooms you could tell haven't been renovated in a long time but it was kept very clean and everything worked. I had a microwave, fridge(no freezer), coffee maker, iron and blow dryer. The breakfast was awesome, buffet style. Keep in mind parking is $27.”
