“Beautiful lakes & camping areas. I visited friends staying there. It was hot,but decent breeze. The only caveat was the pesky ants, flies and bees ,while trying to eat BBQ. Recommend some pest control-even the little field mouse was trying to stay ahead of the critters!????”

“It was a very pleasurable trip I stayed in the cabin on the water and my siblings also stayed in the cabins next to me I have other siblings in the cabins on the on the land and it was just the most awesome experience there was fishing campfires pedal boats that went to each cabin to use whenever we wanted Everything is in the cabin as far as cook ware, full kitchen space for 6 to sleep. It was a really enjoyable experience, I would definitely do it again It at first, seemed pricey, but in the end, it was well worth every penny.”

The bed is very comfortable and large and would allow for a good sleep, if only the hotel wasn't so close to the highway and you hear the constant cars noise all over the night. The breakfast is ok. Location, except for the noise, is perfect. If you can sleep with earplugs then a great choice”

“I visit the Solana location every year, and I have NEVER been to a nicer place, with nicer staff, in my life. Fabricio and his team are amazing. Everyone in the hotel is a class act, from the breakfast lady to the maintenance team. The pool and Jacuzzi is amazing. I plan on visiting two or three times a year. Feel free to reach out to me! “I have very fond memories of this place, as I've been coming here my whole life. That being said, I have witnessed many changes over the years, especially recently. Many things have been updated for the better like upgraded appliances and housewares inside the units. However, certain things have taken away from the appeal, like the noisy fountains that were installed several years ago. The landscaping around the lake used to have a much more natural feel, with many more plants and trees along the gold course side, which were home to lots of birds as well as frogs that sounded awesome at night. Sad to say they are no more. Also, in the community center, they have revamped it to appeal to a younger crowd and it is pretty nice, but I really miss the vibe of the old place, but that's just my opinion. If you visit here, just be courteous, as it seems like over the years people have become less and less considerate of their fellow vacationers. Still a great place overall though!”
