“Staying at Mission Bay Hideaway was the best choice I ever made. The locations is PERFECT! This rental is very close to a lot of things, yet just far enough out of the hustle and bustle of Pacific Beach. It is a 30 second walk to the beach, 15 second walk to the bay and 5 minute walk to Pacific Beach restaurants and shops. I really enjoyed catching the morning surf without having to drive as well as grilling in the afternoon and getting to catch the sunset last minute with a burger in hand. On top of it all, the owners are great people and ready to help with anything!”

“Place is not Bad at all good area to be my only complaint is the parking in the garage if you drive a car you will get stuck going in the garage there is a steep incline u have to go up then flattens out so all you need is your boogie boards put them down and then you can drive in other then that it’s a great place”

“The greatest place in the world. Stay here if you want to have the best memories for the rest of your life. It's such a clean hostel, great kitchen, cleanest hostel toilets I have seen, a big back patio to hangout when you're not at the beach and a front patio to sit and people watch as the ocean beach locals go about their day. The beach is two blocks away, you will spend most of your day here. You can rent surf boards at the front deck. After spending your day at the beach swimming, surfing and tanning I would recommend a sunset walk to sunset cliffs and watch the famous California sunsets (incredible). Then it's back to the hostel for the evening activities which include pub crawls, beach bonfires, BBQ and loads of other cool stuff. The next morning after your fun night in OB there is free breakfast served every morning and then do it all over again. The hostel also offers a free shuttle bus all over San Diego so you are not just limited to ocean beach. But the most amazing thing about OB is the amazing individuals that you will meet from all over the world and friendships that will last a lifetime. OB I love you x”

“I've stayed here before it was Super 8 and the difference is night and day. I came into National City to visit my mom for her birthday. I booked the room for me and my kids. There were no problems with checking in. The guy at the counter wasn't talkative but he was NOT rude, at least not to me. We liked how soft the beds were. The rooms look so much nicer and more modern. The location is good because it's right by the freeways and the 711 liquor store is helpful. I would and will stay here again.”

“This is a very nice Mobile Home Park and has some lovely homes some newer quality as well as some older homes. Unfortunately everything in the San Diego area is rather pricey the farther you go away from the city then you find prices at our lower but even in Chula Vista you're going to be paying upwards of $700 for a nice park and in San Diego you'll be paying closer to $1,000 a month to live in a nice park.”

“Bayview Mobile Home Park seems like a very nice place to live as with most mobile home parks you have homes that are very lovely and other homes that are not as quality but most of the small yard seem to be in good condition and I didn't get to meet people there but there seem to be a mix of different types of people all different types of cars so it gives you an idea of a wide range of”

“By far the best parolee housing I have ever seen or heard about. The residents here each want you to succeed, so they share their networks with you to help you successfully rehabilitate back into society. If you're looking for a free ride, this is not the place for you. If you're looking to work hard to get on your feet and you're not about nonsense or gang bangin', immaturity, or violence, then this is the place for you. Everyone wants to help you rise from the ashes here, like shooting from a Cannon.”

“I was looking for an affordable motel that was relatively close to downtown LA. I got this place at $50 night special and was I surprised when I went in to my room. The room itself was huge and it had a mini fridge, microwave, and iron/ironing board. Parking was never a problem and there is a security car that makes random patrols at night. Sure, the surrounding area is a little rough around the edges, but hey, you're the one looking around Crenshaw :) So if you happen to be in similar situation, I highly recommend this motel.”

“I checked in at a weekly rate. 175 plus 5 dollar key deposit. It's basically a dorm room. And a community bathroom in the hallway. This is upstairs. I think downstairs is daily check ins. Basic necessities, TV, bed, sink, dresser, and closet in room. No visitations are allowed at anytime. That's the downer of staying here. But all in all, it is a decent place.”

Other Needs: A "do not disturb" plaque to hang on door when desired. A box of tissues would be nice Shampoo would be helpful”
