“this is a nice hotel with tennis courts, pool/ jacuzzi, and nice views depending on which side you are on. We have been here annually for a huge tennis tournament and it's always reliable to know you will get a clean room. We did notice that they are building new structures across the street which ruins the view on that end of the hotel. We wish breakfast was complimentary and that the bar would be open later. Other than that, it's been a comfy and quiet place which is nice.”

Excellent views from all rooms. Lomg walk to downtown San Diego but it is an excellent walk along the water and marina. Excellent location for meetings due to the convention space and also a great vacation hotel.”

“Great hotel for the military traveler. It is a little pricey but if your in California everything is very expensive. Getting on and off base was easy. There was plenty of parking and the facility was very nice and clean. The staff was amazing to work with. The accommodated my request for a fan. That was very important to me. The rooms are very clean. This is a very nice choice. I gave only 4 stars because My key to the room for some reason kept not working so I had to go back to the desk twice for a new one. There should have been no reason for this to happen.”

“I cannot recommend this hotel more! I want to return badly. The breakfast and supper are amazing. I made a meal out of the supper (we were a group of six, the included meals paid for the room easy!) We didn’t spend much time on the property during the day but everything is beautiful. About 10 min drive to the beach which is fine when you have to drive anyway with all the gear. Between the pull out bed, the chaise, and two queens we were very comfortable in one room with 6 (3 adults and 3 kids).”
