“Impeccable rooms. The staff is very friendly and the hot breakfasts are great. It is so good that you might have a hard time finding a place to sit. The pool/hot tub are nice also. The evening stock times are also a great way to socialize with others. If you have a pet, they welcome them also.”

“Clean, old but classic, Affordable for a single room in downtown SF. No kitchen but surrounded by great restaurants and not far from grocery stores. Very nice staff. Have laundry and dryer machines downstairs. Room is cleaned every weeks. Good enough for a dorm student who wants privacy. :) อยู่สบายใกล้มหาลัย.”

“It is a quaint and comfy hotel just 2 blocks away from Union Square. For a meager price, you get to stay in a two bed room with comfy bed, a bathroom with bath tub and hot and cold shower. Would prefer to stay in this hotel in my future trip to SF. By the way, don't expect contemporary new look of the hotel. What is special about this hotel is its homey ambiance that is perfect for your tired and weary self after enjoining scenic trip to San Francisco's historical and interesting landmarks.”

“A four room, independent Inn, located in Pac Heights. Incredibly affordable at an average cost of $226 per night, taxes included. What!?! Yes. And for special events, it's the same price. Always. The owner, Denise, is wonderful and her Manager, Karen, runs a clean, tidy ship. A 50% breakfast discount is offered at a local eatery and it's delicious! Rooms center around a quaint and quiet garden area and guests come and go as they please. Centrally located, bus lines are convenient to all San Francisco has to offer. ”

“Lovely old building. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast was surprisingly good and great value for price of the room. It's served on each floor, with trays provided to easily take it back to your room. Coffee strength was variable, but complimentary so not complaining! Free glass of wine from the Italian restaurant was also quite good.”

“If you are planning on making a short trip to San Francisco this is the place to stay. It's perfectly located. Near Union square and Westfield center. If you stay here or in Adelaide Hotel you get discounts on tours and bike rentals. The room is comfy, the bathrooms are clean, they have a fridge and a microwave. You get free breakfast from 7am till 10am and you can use the kitchen until 10pm if you want to cook your own food. It has a really nice and comfy living room with books to you can read, board games and a guitar you can play. Perfect place for a backpacker or someone moving from one place to another. Price is good as well. Cheap compared to most places in San Francisco”

“If you are a cry baby and need a big fancy place to stay then this isn't for you. If you want down to earth clean and safe then this is great. I loved my stay here. The owners are incredibly insightful and helpful. The guy literally gave me a map and circled all of the locations to go to get your municipal bus passes and just made my girlfriend and I feel at home. Honestly very nice people and location. ”

“My sister and I stayed there last year in September. Breathtaking views and place. Fruits growing everywhere, hummingbirds and butterflies everywhere you look, a pool that is just perfect, and I actually drank the best tea I have ever tasted there. It is quite far away from everything but that is exactly why it is so special. A hidden gem.”

“Great value for the area. Rooms are fairly large for money. Was able to stay for $97 a night. Quality is a litter better than average than other LA Quinta's I have stayed in. A large potential issue for some is the train that comes twice an hour. Personally, I didn't mind the noise, but some of my family members did.”
