“I attended a TFS Properties seminar in early 2019 at suggestion by a friend because I was contemplating on selling an investment property and executing a 1031 exchange. I met Edward and Michael there and over the next nine months, they presented me with investment opportunities and we would discuss options for a 1031 exchange. In December 2019/January 2020, I utilized TFS Properties to sell an investment property. Both Edward and Michael made sure to keep me informed at every step of the way, took care of all details of the sales transaction and worked with buyer's agent to close the sale in a smooth and timely manner (sale closed end of February 2020). Michael then oversaw my 1031 exchange. He was ready with information to help me make decisions and he guided me through the process to meet all deadlines. My 1031 exchange was completed by end of July 2020 and well ahead of deadline. After the completion of the 1031 exchange, Edward and Michael continue to check in to see if I have any questions or concern relating to the exchanged investment properties. I am impressed with TFS Properties' level of expertise and professionalism. Both Edward and Michael are very personable and go above and beyond to assist their client investors. I am currently working with them again on my next sale and 1031 exchange.”

“Honestly, this place is fantastic! Clean rooms, clean beds. Ive stayed here quite a bit and for the price in this area, it simply can't be beat. I have never seen a beg bug here. Never! The only reason why i didnt give it 5 stars in because I really wish they had microwaves in all the rooms. I also think they should have vending machines...but the gas station across the street is PE open 24 hours !”

“Our suite was perfect and had everything we needed for our quick trip to Kernville. The place was extremely clean and a great work environment, which helped with my zoom meetings. Restaurants and groceries were super convenient which was nice. We had a great time, thank you so much for the great stay, Wendy!”

“I'm very comfortable here at the park. I have been here since June 11th.2022. I have made a few friends. For the most part it is quite. I have been trying to figure out what the mobile home rent for . We own our 5th wheel so we pay for lot space and bills. Fair in price .”

“I absolutely loved our stay here. Rooms were very clean, quiet, and safe. The fireplace was my favorite. It's literally on the edge of the beach with a great view of the lake. It's walking distance from restaurants and a little convenience store. I will definitely stay again.”

“Vail Lake is an awesome place for resort, trailers, and tents. Plenty of space on each lot. We have a 40 foot diesel and there was room for a 12×10 canopy and our 12x10 screen house. They have picnic tables and a fire pit. There are 3 swimming pools, tennis area, a space to release your dogs (we have 6 rescues), a bar that serve great margaritas, a store and on Friday and Saturday night a band. They also rent golf carts. The people who camp there are pretty nice. Forgot to mention they do rent cabins. They look nice on the outside. Not sure what they look like on the inside. Overall our favorite Koa to camp.”

“Family oriented, loving and nurturing staff..Crest View Manor is one of the Best living facilities thatI’ve seen in San Diego county. Reasonably priced. This Historical site of the old Scripps Escondido ranch is Beautiful and very well maintained. Care is Outstanding. Promotes independence and good quality of Life. Very active community. Don’t judge this facility by the web site. The web site does not do Crest View Manor justice with respect to it’s beauty and caring staff. This should be your First and last stop.”

“Fantastic stay. We loved this adorable bed and breakfast. The rooms are spacious and the fireplace is such a lovely touch. It’s close to lovely restaurants and coffee shops. Joanne and Greg were the perfect hosts and their weekend cooked breakfast was delicious. The best French toast we have ever tasted. They were so helpful and loaned us a local hiking book and gave us lots of recommendations of things to do and places to see. Don’t miss this lovely bed and breakfast experience.”

“Really cool dispersed campground with lots of room between sites. Unfortunate that some campers can't do without their electronic fix. One trailer close to us ran their generator for almost 18 hours. Vault toilets were clean and maintained.”

“Stayed here in March 2020 and just thought to make a review because I was just remembering how kindly we were treated. There was a man (I think his name was Mike? But not totally sure, he was an older man) who was a relative of the owner. He was honestly so cool and helpful to my sister and I when we were in a tight spot after backpacking and we couldn't be more grateful. Rooms were clean, staff was lovely. Mom and pop kind of business which is definitely a plus. The diner down the road has awesome food. Would totally recommend!”

“Today (7-14-'19) was my 1st stop in here with family friend for a church friend's birthday event in the clubhouse. I was impressed with how well the park, trailers, lots, streets, club house, and pool are kept up. Very inviting.”

“Great little camp ground. As long as you don't mind being serenaded by coyotes. Large sites with fire pits and BBQ grills. Clean bathrooms with flushing toilets. Potable water. Animal friendly. Friendly camp hosts. Quiet with the occasional traffic noise. In the woods. Very clean. Easy to find. There is even a little gas station market 5 minutes up the road which has everything you forgot... My family will definitely be back here for more camping adventures.”

“Well equipped and modern hostel, with air conditioning and separate bathrooms for every bedroom(or at least in room 7 where I slept during my stay). Futhermore the kitchen was well equipped and the stove worked pretty good(but always turn on the fan in the extractor hood 😉, you will see what I mean, when you are going to cook something there 😁)”

“Very nice hotel for a reasonable price. It's located right off the main street (Crescent) so is very convenient for restaurants and other activities. The rooms are clean and quiet and look like they were recently renovated. Ours even had a jacuzzi built into the bathtub. A nice touch is the fire pit in the courtyard that is on from 6 to 9 pm daily. It's nice to sit around the fire and relax after a day of outdoor activities. Also they have free hot coffee, tea, and hot chocolate throughout the day in the courtyard, and free pastries in the morning. One thing I would recommend is that you try to get an upstairs room. I think we had a herd of disco-loving elephants staying in the room above us who liked to rearrange furniture at 6:30 in the morning. Just a suggestion...”

“My daughters and I stayed at the Seaway Inn on March 21st and the office manager Kaitlyn helped us. She was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Since we had been unable to reach our home in the Santa Cruz Mountains due to the storm, we were thankful to encounter Kaitlyn. Our room was clean and cheerful as well. We also are so happy you allow pets, although we didn't have our dog with us. We had a great experience and we would definitely recommend this inn to visitors.”

“Iv always loved my stay here! If you want a problem free night, most definitely the spot to be! The couple that owns and operates the motel are always so kind, as well as accommodating. Whenever I'm in the area (if they aren't sold out) I will be staying at the The Country Inn Motel, thanks Charu and Bob!!”
