Would love to do more to conserve water and reuse towels but no place to hang towels. Bathrooms were clean. No smells in public areas. Very open. Very nice for the price and will stay again. “This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room was a bit small however it's amenities made up for it. The room had a beautiful jacuzzi tub fit for at least two as well as a very large shower in the bathroom area. When you turn the lights off in the room there is a light switch that turns on a row of very subtle lights up above that change colors. There is a very nice restaurant on site and the surrounding area has lots of stores with plenty of places to eat within walking distance. This hotel was quiet, the staff was friendly and the price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely be staying here again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the San Pedro area!”

But I'm looking forward to the ultimate rewards when complete... The immediate park management employees are all dependable, reasonable, friendly, and extremely fair while dealing with the multitude of problems and complaints they all are presented with on a daily basis... This community is unique, and you cannot please everyone, but I believe that the majority of residents here are optimistic and excited about the renovations to the park, and are generally willing to roll with it..... we are pretty lucky to live here.”

“This is a wonderful place to stay the night before or after a cruise. Very safe area with a dozen local restaurants within a 2 block walk. Less than a mile from the Port. Parking available for a realistic fee while you cruise. Bed was comfortable. Pool, small fee for round trip cruise shuttle.”

“Heaven on Earth. But I wish i could give this 5 starsbecause of how beautiful this home is and the views are stunning! It wasnt even like we werent home. But our biggest problem was the ants. We couldnt leave any kind of food or drinks our on the counters without it being covered in ants within 2 minutes. Also the fridge was hot and our drinks were all warm. There were broken outlets that made me nervous since we had small children. And the A.C was not to be touched it was 77° in the house at all times and even being on the beach we thought we could open a window and let the breeze come through to cool us off ... No such luck. It was so hot and miserable while we slept. I didn't sleep with a blanket nor had clothes on because it was so hot and muggy. Also we had nowhere to park. We could only fit 1 car in the small driveway and you cant use the garage. And since were on the beach the whole parking lot area is public domain and we drove around for an hour when we 1st arrived to find a spot. And had to move all our cars at 11 pm. And the wifi didnt work. Despite all these complaints that we al had ... We had a very good time. We played on the beach all day our second day. And i loved being able to just walk down to the beach at any time. That was the greatest part. Also theres only 1 bathroom at the top where the 2 big rooms are so to share that with 4 adults and 4 children ... Was interesting lol. But overall this is a beautiful home and beautiful area. Im so glad the owners rent this place out because it afforded us an amazing family vacation! Only suggestion is bring baby gates if you have small kids. Theres a lot of stairs. And you cant smoke anywhere near the property. But minor inconveniences. But this was heaven on earth. I recommend. I just hope they fix the ant problem. And the fridge and A.C problem. For how much we paid ... Those shouldnt have been issues. Thankyou for your beautiful home ????”
