“I purchased my truck 2 months ago. We have also moved from Ohio to near Rising Sun, Indiana. Our property is quite rural and far from flat, lol. Two times during our move I got stuck on a slope and needed towed out. I knew that I needed better tires for me to maneuver around our property. I called TD and told them what I wanted. He told me they had them in stock and could fit me in the same day. When I got there, they were backed up due to staffing issues. I was perfectly willing to wait. “Universal Movers moved me on May 18th and the two young men who came did a fabulous job they were polite efficient and fast and moved me within the time that I was estimated for the only thing I was not happy with is I was supposed to receive a call telling me what time they would come either the night before or in the morning and they did not... the laughable thing is they showed up while I was still in my pajamas and arriving at 7:50 in the morning which was a good thing I had requested 8 a.m. but was told it would be between 8 and 10 and I would receive a call. But the time really was perfect due to traffic going up to the Santa Rosa area. They were very polite courteous and respectfult only thing I wish that Universal Movers had an automatic lift instead of the steep ramp that they had to go up and lift heavy furniture into the truck that was an arduous task for these two young men. I have a lot of respect for them and their hard work that they do I would definitely recommend Universal Movers their trucks are clean their movers efficient and I was very happy with my service and I will definitely use them again try them you'll be very happy you did”

“I would have shopped in the Arden Fair Best Buy because it's closer, but they didn't have the model I wanted. I thus ordered a TV online for pickup at the Galleria Best Buy. To my surprise the store was open for in-store shopping. People needed to wear masks and most were socially distancing. Since we could examine the merchandise, we bought a TV stand that fit the house. We were in the store 15 minutes tops as attentive employees and a fast customer service line made it easy. I had been to the Arden Mall earlier in the day. The signs indicated they were closed. Visited later and there was plenty of outdoor activity there so I'm not sure what "closed" means except perhaps the indoor passages are not accessible. Anyway, I was happy with how easily and quickly these transactions went. The faster, the safer.”
