It was the first time we had utilized a professional moving company. The setup and the pick up were fantastic. The movers and foreman were professional and helpful at every turn. But, this review is primarily for the resolution of the storage and subsequent schedule for ANOTHER move. There was an issue with the storage and some numbers but there customer service and response time were very helpful in the process of finding a resolution to our case #. I told the truth of the situation and they accommodated to us in a way that helped me realize why I went with them in the first place.
