“So happy we went with this moving company last weekend, they were extremely efficient and a great value. Fragile items were wrapped carefully, and they even helped us pack up some loose items. They also disassembled some furniture and took down two wall- mounted tvs. We were expecting to have to reassemble some items ourselves but they did all of the reassembly at our new home very efficiently, which made our place feel homey much faster. They were friendly and patient with my children as well.”

Lot was clean and tidy and the forklift operator was cool for helping me load my pallet in a maybe not approved manner(but safe and a huge help). I will say their phone tree for setting up an appointment could use some help. I talked to 4 people and got handed off to different people even though I was asking for a simple appointment scheduled. Oh well like I said before Everyone was nice so this is ok. Won't be dreading having to hold large shipments at the Gardena Fed Ex dispatch in the future.”

“Have you ever had to move 75 y/o parent(s)? It is extremely stressful to pack 50+ years and move it all. After reaching out to about a dozen moving companies, comparing prices and reviewing lots of online reviews and feedback, we decided to hire SOS Moving to handle my in-laws move. SOS wasn’t the cheapest or most expensive of the various companies out there, but their clear cost approach, and excellent number of reviews really sold it to us. Sam and his crew of 3 were amazing and were able to seamlessly handle the move in about 7 hrs (3 bedroom single story house, no garage items to move), without any problems or issues, making an otherwise pretty hectic and intense situation very comfortable knowing these guys are pros. They were able to disassemble various items and put them back together. My recommendation to anybody moving is to make sure that you have labeled everything where you want things to go, especially if they pack some items for you. Additional advice, there were 2 large items that didn’t fit in the truck. I would have liked to prioritize what could potentially stayed behind. Keep that in mind if the truck is filling up. This advice is not to take away from their services. These are real pros: kind, never complaining, careful, helpful to the exhausted end. Pricing just as specified no hidden fees. Thank you for helping move my borderline hoarding mother in law. Thanks Sam and crew!!!!”

“Sister transferred to the Mill Run skilled nursing facility for a four week rehab after encountering side-effects from chemo. Very impressed from Day1 with professionalism of the Administrative office, social workers, nursing staff to housekeeping. Facility is well-maintained and the level of care is such that I can return to my home state of MD and not worry about my sister who went from rehab to long-term care with short notice and the transition was seamless. If you need care for a family member, I highly recommend this facility.”
