“Great museum with aircraft from the US airforce. Went with the family just on a whim. We were so happy to take a tour with former airmen. They gave so much information about the planes and people who flew them. Super knowledgeable and helpful. Place was clean, organized and the people there were awesome. We plan on going again. Price was low to enter and they took debit cards”

“Fascinating museum and history, with some unique local memorabilia. Loved the dirigible displays and stories. Every docent had a unique perspective. Lots of period radio gear, military items, a handful of full size aircraft, and it's immediately adjacent to the historic dirigible hangar. Took me about two hours to see everything I was interested in.”

“Small anthropology museum, with student built exhibits which have spanned multiple anthropological fields. These exhibits are tied closely to the regional intricacies and ethnic groups represented across the campus, and are a work of passion for the CSUEB students; with a great interest in respecting the many communities who contribute invaluable experience, skills, knowledge, and history to the museum.”

“great cheap historical family day trip”
Address: 10A Naval Air Rd, Port Hueneme, CA 93041, USA
“Not much to do here. Its some old planes and missiles mounted with some information on each of them. Pretty interesting stuff. I brought my daughter here once to check it out. We always pass by it and she always wondered with it was. Cool spot to stop and check out. If your lucky you can see some of the real planes take off from the base from that spot.”
Address: 4201 Fort Tejon Rd, Lebec, CA 93243, USA
“Fort Tejon is an inexpensive and fun little historic stop where you can get out and stretch your legs. It's a self-pay honor system. As of 1/1/209 the day use fees were $3 for adults and $1 for children. It also has restrooms. Most of the original structures have been destroyed, but what is there is fun to explore.”

“My son and I love coming here. It may not have a ton of frills, but there's a lot of educational value. Not only can you learn about the historical wildlife in the area, you can discover some recent history in your community. The staff is fun and great with kids. There is a special place in my heart for the Cultural Center.”
Address: 405 S., Rosamond Blvd, Edwards, CA 93523, USA
“This is an amazing museum. They have many interesting and rare planes. The tour of the air base they offered was also fascinating, showing many interesting parts of the air based. I especially appreciated seeing their f-117.”
Address: 405 Rosamond Blvd, Edwards AFB, CA 93524, USA
“The museum is located inside Edwards AFB. It's very informative and it's very easy to spend a good 1-2 hour just reading the information inside the building. It's very well kept and it tends to stay pretty empty. There is also a gift shop inside. Outside there are several static displays of different jets, including the SR-71. Unfortunately, without a sponsor or military, its impossible to get on base. Which makes the museum inaccessible to the greater public.”
