“This is a very good spot to relax. Many trees for shade and grass areas. Lots of seating and bench areas for BBQ. Bring your charcoal and food. The playing area for soccer is a soft, artificial turf field. Great for kids and adults of all ages. Plenty of parking and there is also a baseball field, basketball courts, children play areas and bathrooms.”

“Very cute place to go!! They have several different gardens including a children's garden. There are mock yards to help you get started on your own yard as well. Very informative. Lots of seating and shady spots. The volunteers that work there are very knowledgeable and had been working there for years. There's also a large park next door if you and the kids want to make an adventure out of it. It's a hidden gem for sure.”

While the sound of traffic on the nearby freeway is prevalent, you can get further away to where the sound is minimal. Multiple parking areas provide easy access to different sections of the preserve, complete with a decently maintained Port-O-Pottie at each parking area.”

“It's a nice shady park for kids 2 to 10 and good for hot days. Only one way in or out which is good for safety reasons. Not that big but good enough size. Add a picnic and they allow dogs so make a good few hours out of it. Friendly dogs only, don't be that person.”

“I visit this park during the day. It is quiet and shady. There is a play area for kids but it could definitely use some updating. There is a large circular path you can do laps around. There is a basketball court available, though it is a small one. There are restrooms here but I have not tried to use them during the day so I do not know if they are even open. There are some older people who come by to walk or use the playground equipment as exercise.”
