“I thoroughly enjoy this park. No matter what season of the year you go here, it always takes your breath away. You have so many hiking trails to choose from, the air is so clean, and the view is amazing. There are restrooms at several points along the trails.”

“Gorgeous local park with a nice pond/small lake in the center and a wide pathway going around it. There are plenty of benches and picnic tables surrounding the lake to rest on and even little bridges to walk over. There is also a decent amount of parking on each side of the park. Took our dogs here for a walk and they enjoyed themselves too. A number of people seem to walk dogs here. Many people having family gatherings and taking photographs of the nice sunset. Great place to go and relax /find some Zen.”

“I'm never amazed by the selection, but somehow we always find a great tree. Experience is better than going to Home Depot, but you pay more for it. Maybe I'm selecting the wrong tree, but they just don't smell like Christmas. Trees do last a long time though”

“Went there to bird and enjoy the huge beautiful trees near the parking lot. Walk the dog, the kids or just you and have some quiet time. Bluebirds, jays, goldfinches house finches , woodpeckers, nuthatches sapsuckers, flickers ( right now. But wait for migration!) There's a playground and an exercise station along the walking path. Or, an ocaisional bench to sit and enjoy the day!”

“This is one of the nicer parks in the Natomas area. There’s a large playground for kids with slides and swings, and also a little water feature that kids can play in during the summer months. Aside from that, there is a nice roofed area that you can rent for the day from the city, which is great for birthdays or other events. It also has a lighted soccer field, so taking walks at night when the lights are on is nice.”

“Very spacious, lots of things to do here. 3 Pokestops and 1 gym, perfect for Pokemon Go. Only complaint is the lack of spacial awareness and handling of dogs by their frequenting owners. Had one older lady march herself and her dog right up to where I was way off any path, at the fence on the sidelines of the park. Never even apologized or said a word.”

“I go nearly every day to the park to let my dog get some exercise. She loves to chase the squirrels and just run amok for the fun of it. It's a great little park located in a nice neighborhood and close to Canoas Elementary School. Great for kids to run and play and for adults to walk, play tennis or barbecue. The park has lots of picnic tables and barbecue pits and little kids playgrounds.”
Address: San Jose, CA 95131, USA
“One of the well shaded parks in San Jose. Has a few picnic spots too. Parking might not be close enough during peak hours. When the nearby school is not in session, the play structures inside are also open for all. Inside school grounds, you can find areas to find squash, basketball, hopscotch etc. and also lots of open space to learn biking for young kids.”
