“Nice School and Basin overall....only thing I'm not too fond of its the huge cell towers right on the basin of the school. Can't be good for the kids to be around that all day.”

“It was breathtaking. This is a place of beauty, and absolute peace (no connection anywhere in the surrounding little area, just a heads up...made it very hard for communicating with our ride where we were...that's the reason for 4 star) the picture below is a panorama, but this is nothing compared to the view you get once you reach the top. I recommend: - the Blue Ridge Trail, it isn't that difficult, and it has stunning views. - Going in the morning, so the entire trail (5 miles) is covered and you get back with daylight. I went in January, and it got dark around 5.30pm - BRING WATER. Can't emphasize this enough. Don't forget it. -go with friends. Makes the experience a whole lot more fun, and it's a good event to add to memory lane. -bring your own vehicle. Very convenient that way.”

“Very nice clean park, and playground for all ages of kids. Clean restrooms, and a large lawn area to fly kites, and for kids to run around and get exercise. Picnic area which can also be reserved for small parties or celebrations. Short walking path with sidewalk for mild exercise, or just enjoying the nice weather.”

“Nice and fresh, but one lady was walking 3 mini dogs and they left poop...she did not pick up”

“Quiet, tucked away, clean (for the most part, unless pet owners don't clean up after themselves - even though the park has free doggy bags for your convenience)! If I see you not picking up after your pet, I will call you out! I clean up after mine, so clean up after yours.”
