“One of my favorite places to hike and ride. Great for family's to hike. Walking trails are pretty flat over to creek. There are trails for riders that are medium difficulty. Couple good elevations and a portion where you go into what seems to be like a tunnel and is higher on the skill level but still ok for an amateur like me. Only lost it a couple times. Creek is not huge but cool to check out. Great for pets too..”

“Pretty good hike! The trails are well maintained and it’s not very crowded at all. Although there isn’t much of a view the natural desert landscape is pretty. Be prepared for the heat and the sun, but there is plenty of relief from the elements due to the canopy of trees that surround the creek. Plenty of parking, only thing it needs is a few benches and a water fountain.”

“This is a super fun and easy train in the heart of the city. Most of the trail leading to the waterfall is flat and can be done by anybody. At the waterfall you can climb the boulders as much or as little as you like. I went in the spring and the creek was flowing well with lots of green in it. There are multiple trails so you can walk a lot following the pq creek. There is a parking lot at the trailhead or the neighboring residential area too has plenty space for street parking.”

“as a lifeguard of this fine establishment i would like to say that the pool is well kept and the staff is friendly but, i only gave it 4 out of 5 stars because it is missing one crucial part of any pool that we do not accommodate and it is that we sadly do not have a salad bar, i truly have been pushing the idea to my managers that we should have a salad bar installed immediately as the vegetable known as leguche on the streets not only provides much needed calories that are burned while swimming it also provides hydration which is able to rejuvenate a persons vitals to a perfect amount. with all of this healthy leguche in our bodies it would significantly reduce the rate of drowning by an astonishing 6%!!!”

“Love this park, over the years it has become our family park to host parties. Big grass area to play soccer, volley ball or other games, nice play ground area and a cute little pond to be able to see ducks and turtles. The only dislike about this park is with it being such a big park the bathrooms are a good walking distance from school side of the park and if you are by the lake.”

THERE ARE SECTIONS OF "RENT CONTROL" SPOTS, WHICH IS GOOD IF U R FAMILIAR WITH THAT PROGRAM. AND THAT TELLS ME THE COMPANY &/OR OWNERS ARE VERY SOLVENT, & THAT INFERS RELIABILITY, AS WELL AS CIVIC MINDEDNESS. A BEAUTIFUL OUTDOOR POOL, JACUZZI/SMALLER HOT TUBS, SHOWERS, CLUB HOUSE WITH OFFICE, ETC. IS AWAITING YOU. VERY NICE, CLEAN LAUNDRIES, & ONE MAY ACTUALLY *RESERVE A DAY & TIME TO USE THEM! ISN'T THAT THE MOST! THERE ARE VERY LARGE CLOTHES LINES FOR USE, IF DESIRED. (THE REST ROOMS R ONLY A FEW SECONDS AWAY FROM THE LAUNDRY ROOM ALSO). JUST AFTER THE SUN SETS, YOU CAN HEAR THE CRICKETS COMING UP FROM THEIR LITTLE TUNNELS TO PLAY YOU THEIR TEMPERATURE SONGS! YEP, IT'S THAT PEACEFUL & QUIET HERE. QUITE OFTEN, IF YOU CHECK REGULARLY WITH TERI THE MGR., (OR MAYBE LEAVE HER A NAME & NUMBER, ONE CAN FIND A GREAT DEAL ON A NICE HOME IN THIS PARK, OR A SISTER PARK, RIGHT NEXT DOOR. (YES! THIS COUPLE IS SOOOO GOOD AT THEIR CAREERS, THAT THEY ACTUALLY MANAGE A HUGE SECOND (SISTER) PARK ONLY A COUPLE OF BLOCKS AWAY!) JUST IMAGINE LIVING IN ONE OF THEM. PROBLEMS? A THING OF THE PAST IN THESE VERY NICE PARKS, UNDER THIS WONDERFUL MANAGEMENT COUPLE. I SHOULD CONFESS, I'VE HAD SEVERAL FRIENDS & ACQUAINTANCES WHO HAVE & STILL DO RESIDE IN THESE PARKS. SO I DO VISIT THERE REGULARLY. I'VE NEVER HEARD A SORRY WORD SPOKE ABOUT EITHER OF THEM. THANK YOU. “Local neighborhood park managed by the city. Great place for small family events, informal recreation and dog walking. The water fountain sometimes doesn’t work because of sand from the sand pit...so bring your own water in the summer if you plan for a long visit.”
