Baseball diamonds and enough room for kids to play soccer or setup volleyball. And then you look over and a horse will be trotting along the trail by he creek. Ahhhhh.../ God bless America”

“I love this park! In fact it's my most favorite. It's a beautiful strip of land right in the cozy Capistrano Beach neighborhood. Every square inch provides beyond breathtaking ocean views. Excellent place for children to play, walk dogs, go for walks or just sit on one of the several benches that look out over the ocean. It's safe because it's in a nice neighborhood!”

“All the dishes were good. Here's why only 4 stars. We were a party of 4, we ordered 5 dishes, it wasn't enough. Lol. Beware the dishes are small, but we would definitely go back. We ordered green beans with dry shrimp, curry lamb, house noodle with chicken, Burmese garlic noodle with chicken, coconut rice and the pancake with 2 sauce. 2 of the dishes had the spicy logo, they were mild in my opinion. I can't take anything too spicy.”

“A nice quiet park along the edge of the bay. We launched our small canoes from the beach there. We were able to paddle out around Red Rock Island, then North to the Brothers Islands. There is a 5 foot high dirt bank down to the beach with no stairs or ramp. And only porta potties. But I will be visiting again soon.”

“Camped here overnight in October. There was logging going on at the first tier of campgrounds. The seconds tier looks nice. There is an open beach shower on a concrete slab, and plenty of potable water. There were big shade trees over most of the camp sites. BJ01 I think, is closest to the Catalina trailhead from Avalon. We would give five stars but the outhouses were pretty stinky and full of flies.”

“The creeks are gentle and very soothing. The sound of the water alone is a very calming and relaxing thing. It only helps emphasize the already peaceful and healthy atmosphere. The air here is crisp and moist. The trees are elegant and magnificent. The view is awe inspiring. The hills are rich in detail, and the stream is a natural masterpiece in of its own right. Even the man made and woman made structures here give off an authentic vibe. I highly recommend this trail because it truly has it all.”
