“it does have homeless people that are actually at the navigation Center they don't bother anybody you don't mess with them they don't mess with you and they know the consequences so that's a beautiful place to go except for watch out for the mosquitoes it's the best place to go amazing pictures as you see what I'd taken”

“The playground is very very basic. A big concrete slide and 2 sets of bigger kid swings over a sand pit. That's it. If you want to hang out for a few mins this is the place to take them. I love only 4 blocks away so it's convenient for me to take my 7 year old here since I'm pregnant. Otherwise I would go somewhere bigger.”

“Lots of shade, good jungle gym for toddlers, lots of dogs being walked around the park. A few grassy rolling hills that are fun for rolling large balls up and down . Great way for my 2 year old to get all that energy out !!”

“When the rains come and green up the grasses this is the most beautiful area to ride bikes or hike.”

“Small park, but has a variety of options for you do enjoy. The park lay out is a bit narrow, but long. The front side has the Recreational area that is used for youth when they dont have class (this resource is a plus), playground, sand box, restrooms, benches, B.B.Q area. But the area does not have an outlet to plug in your CD player or smart gadget to listen to music. The back side has open grass area where you can play ball at. (and for enough in the park for teens to get away from do what they should not be doing)”

“If you're looking for a challenging, but doable climb on a bike, this is a great trail. The trail seems like it's perfectly divided into 3 level that got progressively harder with a rest spot for each level. The 1st level is a smooth climb. 2nd level is rocky technical climb. 3rd level is steep, rocky & loose. At the top you're rewarded with a 360 view of OakPark, Westlake & Simi.”

“Fantastic park, very quiet when we went there (Sunday after lunch). As an added bonus there are a number of near by trails. The park itself has a number of climbing walls and big slides. My kids have dubbed it 'Mountains climb & slide park.' One downside is that there are no bathrooms here.”

“This is a great place to see a little piece of what the coast looked like many years ago. Be mindful of the wildlife, there are an abundance of rattlesnakes. I have seen several crossing the boardwalk. Be sure to wear appropriate footwear. I can hardly wait to return!”

“Very nice! Great for walking around. Scenic!Dolphins were spotted. Lunch was good. There is a little cave. But as usual BEWARE, set your car alarm and hide valuables. One of the cars we had got the lock broken and they went through the car. Nothing was really in the car to take but still.”

“Everyday this park is busy at some point. Soccer teams with kids and teens, people and groups exercising, tots and babies on the playground, but it's still relatively peaceful most of the day. I never see any shady people lurking about. However I have encountered weird things in the park like a condom on the grass, discarded marijuana containers near the park benches/ playground. The park seems serene but because of these things am a little more cautious.”
