Good communication, and double checked all the paperwork as I sent it through so that we would have no problems with the USDA or Australian quarantine. As he had to have a 2 day stopover in LAX to get final clearance, I was worried about how he would cope, but when I called to check on him, the staff at Jetpets were really lovely, and even sent me photos of him in his crate so I could see he was fine. He arrived in Australia and was picked up by the quarantine people with no problems and in good health.”
