“We had a fantastic experience with Care Plumbing, from start to finish. We run a primary school and needed our building to be repiped. Care Plumbing gave us the lowest bid, and their estimator, Carlos, gave the bid to us immediately after looking over the job. We had other bids but were most impressed with Care, so we went with them. They were able to meet our exact scheduling needs (kids on Christmas Vacation). They arranged for the permit, and also the two required inspections. A large crew did the basic work in one day, and after the approved rough inspection, they patched all their holes the same day as the Final inspection. They did a great job with the patching. Finally, their office sent us confirmation of the passed Final inspection for this project. Also, Zara, who works in their office, did a wonderful job with all the little office details that made the job go so smoothly. These guys are highly recommended!”

Their intake process was thorough, down to understanding the problem to making sure the directions were clear. 2 - They made time in their busy day for a same-day fix, were thorough in explaining what they were doing, friendly, clean and fast. 3 - when there turned out to be additional issues that were impossible to detect the day before, they made time again the following day and very quickly, very efficiently solved that problem with zero hesitation, and found a way to work around the kitchen without having to tear it apart. “Our plumber was able to solve our problem (daughter flushed several paper towels down the toilet, clogging it). He came to our home same day, even late at night. Communication was not the best with the answering service and there was a mistake in billing wherein we were charged twice. Staff was friendly when I called to correct the issue and they resolved it immediately. All told an okay experience and I just hope they address the communication issue. I would consider using them again if needed.”

But I told her I would call back once I was available. She understood and told me not to worry. When I called back she informed me that someone was available and could be there within 35-40 minutes. Which was perfect! The service technician Mario arrived on time and was extremely polite and personable. I actually canceled the other appointment I had scheduled for later on with another company and decided to do the work with Home-X.
