He actually walked through the entire property and wrote notes as he went along, provided a detailed written estimate with the scope of work. As they worked on the project, it took about a week. Keith would provide end-of-day updates to make sure we knew what was happening. The quality of the work is great, minimal disruption to our water throughout this time period, everything looks and feels nice and clean. I thought I had several leaks in my home and he came assessed the situation and told me what I needed to fix and the things that were not of concern. He fixed the pipes in my kitchen sink, did not charge me very much and had all the parts needed. I no longer have a leak. He had also advised me about possibly changing a valve in one of my bathrooms. I made an appointment for him to come back. He came back, reassessed the situation and told me I did not need to do anything as there was no leak. He did not charge for the visit and as always was very courteous and friendly.
