They arrived at my home timely, did a great job replacing the drain on a pedestal sink (always tricky) in my 1927 Historic home here in Laguna Beach. I will not waste my time with no call backs, no shows or gouging by franchise companies in the future, which often times do not perform quality work. Excellent work and very conscientious. “I had a full house re-pipe on a 3100 sq ft house, 3 bathrooms due to repeated slab leaks. It was a very big job but they pretty much kept to the 2 day schedule of re-pipe in a day and drywall patch in a day. I had to ask them to leave a little early on the drywall patch day so they did finish that the second day, but the quality was superb. They also installed matching fixtures in the 3 showers. Very nice. The new shut-off and regulator are very nice, much upgraded from what was there and so are the hose bibs. The plumbing crew was meticulous and precise and the the drywall crew and texture guy were amazing and the care they took to cover everything and protect the house was way beyond what I expected. It is difficult to describe the massive size of the job they did with such speed and without sacrificing quality. All this for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend these guys and I hope they never change in their insistence on doing the highest quality work.”

“The Basset team recently installed a new AC unit on our house and we are extremely happy with the outcome! Christian came out first to give us an estimate and we were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We decided to go ahead and schedule the job and Basset had a team out the next day for the install! Tristan and Jordan did the entire install the next day. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We were impressed with how much work they got done that day. The next business day the subcontracted electricians came out to wire everything up and Eric, from Basset, started up the AC unit. The day after, Lorenzo and Jordan from Basset came by to square everything up and ensure it was all working properly. I am currently writing this review in a nice cool house. Basset was affordable, professional, timely and the staff were all friendly. We are impressed that it took only 3 business days to go from the estimate to a working AC system! We would definitely recommend them to others.”
