“Mike is GREAT! I called at 10:30 am, he showed up at 11:05 am the same day. I called because I had another company at my house at the time and their quote seemed high to me, but I had no frame of reference. I called and talked to Mike. After our conversation, I sent the first guy on his way. Mike showed up about half an hour later. He did great work, made suggestions for future improvements, but didn't up-sell me at all. He replaced my unit, cleaned up the work area, and left, all within 2 hours. The final bill was the same as his estimated quote. He was professional, efficient, friendly, and informative.
