Paul and lacy were wonderful to work with from the moment we met. I had some ideas about what I wanted to do with my remodel, but they had a vision. Not only did they have a vision of what my dream kitchen could be, but they had the knowledge and expertise to turn that dream into reality. They completely demoed my kitchen and flooring and took down some existing walls. They relocated my sink, dishwasher, laundry facilities and refrigerator. They got rid of my outdated track lighting and installed beautiful recessed lighting. They built a new laundry closet and island and put new flooring throughout my condo. My home has been entirely transformed and the finished product is absolutely more fantastic than I ever could have imagined. This was my first remodel in my first home so I wasn't sure what to expect and I had lots of questions throughout the process. Sam the owner always took my calls and texts. Westbrook construction really went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed about all the work that was being done. It is clear to me that client satisfaction is a priority for them. I got a very fair price for the work that was done. Not only that, but they finished EARLY! They had given me an estimate of how long they thought it would take, and they finished sooner than the date on the contract. That being said, they never rushed through anything or cut any corners; I feel confident that the work they did is of the highest quality, my wife was actually crying!!! Real tears real review. SERGIO & JOHN are just not good at there jobs they make you feel like FAMILY. I had my kitchen sink back up and unfortunately I had bigger problems than I was aware of. These things are expensive and John worked with me & my mom on being fair and going above & beyond for us. He came 2 times when we needed his assistance on some issues and was very polite, and understanding. I have dealt with lots of contractors having 3 houses and never have I felt so good about a contractor as I did with John & Sergio. Sergio did all the work and he did it all by himself in a timely matter, never late, always professional and very curious. Helped my mom walk so she wouldn't fall or hurt herself to see the damages, John & Sergio listened to her concerns showed her everything before the work started, and had patience with me. It took about 3-5 days to add a clean out a new drain pipe and fix another pipe that was un even and un safe. I can't say enough about them to give credit where credit is due. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will now use them for any plumbing issues in the future for all my properties. “Advanced Improvements installed our solar system about 5 years ago. We love having solar and have had tremendous savings so far. The monitoring also works great with an app that can be installed on a cell phone. The reason I am writing this review today (5 years later) is because we are again working with Advanced Improvements. Our roof has had extensive damage that was discovered during the latest rain. (The damage is not in any way related to the solar and is just normal wear and tear). Thankfully Advanced Improvements is a reputable company that has stood the test of time and is still around. A representative came over the next day and assessed the roof damage. They will be taking off panels from the affected area, fixing the roof and reinstalling the panels with all warranties staying intact. I am thankful that we chose this company to install our system. Today, 5 years later, they are still here and doing a great job!”

I called during my lunch hour and within one hour they were at my place.
