“A friend of a friend recommended Joel to me. I contacted him to replace my water softener and bypass valve. He responded quickly and sent his worker, Nick, to my home. Nick was polite, professional, and creative in getting the job done, which saved me money. I don’t want to get into what other plumbing outfits quoted me to fix the problem I had, but those quotes were far, far higher than what Joel charged me. Joel was exceedingly fair in his pricing, timely in his response, and Nick took great care of me. I also appreciate the precautions Nick took to keep us both safe during this pandemic. “Panther Plumbing is the real deal. They do a lot of new construction and maintenance. Recently my parents used them for the purchase and install of a new hybrid water heater system. Actually, Panther Plumbing did all the original new construction plumbing in their home 25 years ago. We just remodeled the kitchen and master bath. Panther ran the gas lines with easy access shutoff valve as well as a pot filler water line above stove, water line to fridge, sink & disposal on both island and main sink, installed dishwasher, tub water lines, and re-plumbed the entire shower to include a handheld and rain shower head. I also reached out to Panther when my Grandma's house in Watsonville had a water main break in the front yard. They were there same day and fixed the issue good as new. They are reliable, professional and do things right the first time. Cant say enough about the experiences over the years. Highly recommend.”

Over the phone, Anthony gave me clear information about what he’d do to retrieve it, how much he would charge, and when he’d be able to get to my (in laws) house. “The Garza family does an awesome job of managing this family business. They truly care about the customer and the job they do. I had a leaking water heater and Adam (who is still out in the field even though he is the VP) had my water heater replaced the next day. I also had A/C pipes hindering the replacement, and he patiently worked through the challenge and made it better for next time a replacement is needed. I wish my A/C guy had thought about what he did. Adam also is a straight-shooter that I can appreciate. He objectively gave the benefits and costs associated with tankless vs. water heater tank. Both solutions are feasible, just some different trade-offs. I opted for water heater tank to get my family hot water sooner and lower installment cost. Adam is meticulous on the job and gets it done right the first time. And he's friendly and courteous (and wore a mask the full time)! Highly recommended.”

“We were very pleased with Plumber Johnny who came out today. He actually answered the phone and they were able to get to us same day within a couple hours. We were given a 3 hour window and we were notified when Johnny would arrive in about 30 minutes. There is a $49 serve charge, but it applies to any work you have done. We knew we'd have work done since there was a leak that we couldn't fix ourselves. Johnny identified the problem immediately and told us we'd have the same problem eventually with our other toilets due to the piping being the original builder bad products. We went ahead and got an estimate to change out all the toilets plumbing from the wall to the toilet and he had all the parts to get started right away. He was courteous and professional and even looked at something else to make sure we didn't have other plumbing troubles. He said we were good for now with that and didn't need fixing right now. We don't really know if we were charged a fair price as none of the other companies answered their phones or called back in a timely manner for our water leaking situation. It needed to be addressed immediately. Not next week. Thank you for the best service”
