“I have been thrilled with the work that has been accomplished. Nick and David, our installation team, are professional and friendly. I cannot speak highly enough about them. We still have a bit of work to do to make the City Inspectors happy, but we should be complete with that work in a matter of a few days. Our only unhappiness with our experience is that Bellows is so good at what they do, it takes a long time to get through the process. We got our initial scope of work estimate and bid proposal on June 28, 2021. We accepted their bid in early July. Unfortunately, due to the workload, the installation of the AC unit was not accomplished until September 28 and 29, 2021. It has been a long, hot summer . . . sigh. Anyway, I think Bellows is a great company with superior staff. I would recommend them to others. I would also recommend having AC units replaced in the dead of winter!”

I wasn't about to take time looking through dozens of pages so I just blindly chose a highly rated one and crossed my fingers. I called them on a Sunday for a broken water heater and they were friendly and able to calm me down. Andy came out to do the work and he was prompt and on time. I appreciate that!
