He told me the charge would be a little more than $300 for him to do it or he could teach me for nothing more than the diagnostic fee. Very nice and honest guy. “Started with Pool Chlor when we bought a house with a pool they had already been servicing. Their first visit they explained different pool care details, made suggestions and helped me understand how to safely handle the equipment, no charge. When I needed to do maintenance on my filter I had them do it but I wanted to observe so I could learn. The technician was more than willing to answer all my questions, explain what he was doing and give me great info for next time. He helped me realize I didn't need to replace my vacuum, just a few parts that he had right on his truck. They visit twice a month and even if I have to call the office I get great service and help. I trust them entirely, they call before coming if I ask and they always make sure the gates are closed in my yard to ensure our home is secure. Glad we got connected with them.”

I told him I had a leaking valve and he worked around my schedule to send a crew out and repaired the leak with a new shutoff valve that’s now easier to use. Later, I asked if he could check on one of our showers that wasn’t working properly. Again, he worked around my schedule and with his keen investigation and troubleshooting, he identified my house was not entirely re-piped with cooper as advertised before buying the home. He sent a friendly and professional team to my house and spent the entire day re-piping the remainder of the house and went the extra mile to ensure we installed top shelf valves and handles.
