“Great co-working space in the Mission! Daniel was extremely flexible from day one. He offered us an office space for the most competitive price in the city and allowed us to collect desks and chairs around the floor for our own room (free of charge). There is a cool hipster and urban vibe, but at the same time care in the space and attention to details. It does get a bit chilly in winter so dress up! Daniel was kind enough to supply every desk with electric heaters just to make sure we all were comfortable. Cool space and good management! Oh and we had to leave the office after the first month for work related reasons, but we were able to do that at no extra charge. Normally we had been asked a minimum of 3 months commitment at other co-working locations, so this was quite sweet. If you are looking for flexibility this is the spot!”

“Nicole is truly a local market expert with not only knowledge of San Diego but the ability to connect with her community to give back. If you are looking to buy, sell or just looking for the best local coffee shop... you are in great hands. I would be happy to refer friends, family, and everyone I know who has any real estate questions to reach out. Few people serve others with no expectations...Nicole is one of them!”

“It could be cleaner but it's clean enough. I can't complain as they don't charge cleaning fee. I didn't mind washing the dishes and putting the trash in the dumster on the street upon check out. The hot tub instruction is for something with jet. I've seen pictures of Cabin 26 with a jet tub. It's no longer jet. I enjoyed it regardless. It was the fastest and more relaxing way to warm up after being out and about in the cold. It also says to fill it with hot water only. That's too hot. I've read reviews that they had to wait till it gets a little colder. There are 2 knobs, hot and cold so I filled it with my desired temperature. Also we tried to follow the check out instructions. My husband checked for somethings to turn off or shut but he did check it and didn't find any knob or anything to shut off. Maybe some updates on the instructions would make it less confusing. We couldn't figure out how to lock the door too. Long press on # sign is the key. You have to do it from the outside. They have enough cook ware for cooking but the burner fire is low so it took us longer to cook our bacon. Would have been easier to just bake it but they only have small baking pan to reheat our bread. Anyway, if you're just there for the weekend it's better to eat out. We only cooked once but it was good to be able to reheat our soup and left over food in the microwave and reheat our bread in the oven. I've read reviews about the heater smelling like gas but it didn't, the burner and the stove did though as you start using it. Had to open the exhaust fan in the bathroom and open some windows to let the smell out. The check out instruction suggests that there was a humidifier. They don't anymore. We brought ours. Yes, you have to bring your beddings and towels, including mats and rugs to wipe the floor but we didn't mind, we're more comfortable bringing our own beddings and towels anyway. Cabin 21-26 is located in a more quiet and peaceful location by the woods on Tulip Lane unlike Cabin 1-18, probably Cabin 1-20 which are by the busy street. Cabin 26, our cabin was the best, it's the end cabin, we had neighbor on the left but not on the right. Cabin 21 and 22 is on top of each other so if you want some privacy avoid that. Overall we love our Cabin. It's so worth it for the price.”

“It was great! Super pet friendly. Cabins were well appointed and clean. Jessica, the manager, was just the best. Set a surprise up in the room for my wife, it was magical. Will definitely return. And they have llamas!! Totally worth it!! 5 stars”

“I am slowly rehabbing a house and I have had many craftsmen come to my home. Alan is by far the most reliable. When he says he's coming, he's there on time. When you text a question he answers it. When you are in a pickle with a leak in your dining room, he's there. That is hard to find when craftsmen are in demand. I really appreciate how he listens and can help you come up with the best solution for you. I am very happy with the work he does.”

“I lived at the Victoria location for aprox. 10 years. During that time my mother became ill with Cancer and passed in 2012. During her treatment and weak state, she was unable to care for her pet and the owners allowed me to bring the dog to my place. My neighbor Andrea cared for her while I had to temporarily move back in with my mother for hospice and transitional care. I am grateful for the "GRACE" given to me by the owner. His son Brian was also a great support. I moved in 2013 from Mar Vista, but if I ever had to go back to apartment living, I would go back to Superlative!”
