They accept pets (even have a dog park) and the apartments are a good size - very comfortable. It's a friendly community and quiet, which was important to me. There is a full-time maintenance staff and the property manager is incredibly helpful. I had a knee injury a couple of years after moving in and she got me moved into a downstairs apartment, which was so appreciated. So, I've been here for five years and don't anticipate moving.
