“There is good and bad that happened to me in this apartments. Good: The maintenance people come in 1-2 days and fix any issue you have. I am very happy about this part. Its a closed community I feel safe and some time walk around late night also. We can do a Car wash inside the community. Its Pet friendly community. Centralized AC and heating. Very few communities have this feature. Bad: I had to pay 1000$ just to move from 1 bed to 2 bed in the same community. My car was towed as "abandoned car" with out any warning and I lost it. My car needed battery replacement and I was not checking frequently, the note was left on the Car. They should have sent a general email about car that is left for a long time. Tips: Make sure you rotate your car parking spot frequently. Take clear photos of the apartment when you leave. Some time they might ask to pay for Carpet replacement even if its not needed. Try to get an inspection done and request maintenance if you see any issues that can be fixed. If you have any issues Not everyone in Leasing office is try to help. Some are trying to help and some trying argue and enforce some rules. You will get to know these people by experience. You cannot negotiate Rent the first time you sign the lease. But you can negotiate Renewing you lease after the first term. This tip might save you some $$$.”

Brent was very helpful in getting our offices setup. He got us the keys on a late Friday afternoon so we could move in on Saturday. He also helped us with connecting our phone systems. I feel he really had our best interest in mind and was very willing to do whatever it takes to get us settled in. I enjoyed my experience there. Unfortunately, I had to move my office due to company relocation. I will definitely contact Brent again if I need office space in Carlsbad.”
