I love how our neighborhood is able to help each other out. 🥰 We asked for quotes from many of the recommended businesses and we ultimately decided to go with MMN local, Reynaldo Rosa with Remodeling Realty as they gave me the best price. We had a small project to do: paint one bedroom and closet, including the ceiling and baseboards. We had 3 colors to complete the accent wall, remaining walls/closet, and ceiling. We are extremely happy with the final results. I have before and after pictures to show the good work. The Before- the home paint job my sister did when she lived with us. Not good. The After- the beautiful paint job by Remodeling Realty. Punctual for the estimate and paint day. Precise lines for the accent wall. Attention to corners. They retextured previous holes and uneven surfaces, and helped us remove old paint from ceiling fan that was there from a previous paint job. They worked hard to achieve our satisfaction. If you’re looking for a fully licensed/insured painter that does great work for a great price, give them a try!”

“Have been living here since late July 2020, I so far have no major complaints. It's quiet and I always feel safe here at any time. Although I'm not too fond of how the bottom apartments on MOST of the buildings don't have a rail to separate your patio from the grass/parking lot. But overall management is nice, understanding, and willing to answer all your questions in a timely manner. I would recommend these apartments for a first time renter or family. Very nice and quiet area to live.”
