“Karen Waggoner is my real estate broker and agent. She was my agent for the purchase of two properties and the sale of one. These transactions ranged from 2016 through 2021. I can’t say enough good things about Karen and her team. Karen earned our trust almost immediately. Karen gave us great advice and guided us through the transactions making them easy and stress-free. We did almost all of our transactions through email, text messages, and web sites (for e-signing and exchanging confidential docs securely). It was all very efficient and as easy as it could get. “These guys are amazing! We were traveling and noticed our brake lamps were out. We had a hitch installed at U-haul in San Diego, turns out they did a horrible wiring job. Long story short the original wires installed were dragging and were exposed. We found these guys on the road, pulled in, explained the situation, they took us on our word, didn't not even confirm we were Uhaul customers. The replaced the wiring and burned out brake lamps for no charge! Amazing. We had a wonderful experience, highly recommend.”
