“OMG - best Italian food I've ever had. I ate dishes I thought I would never have. There were eight of us. We enjoyed a few before main course appetizers. The baby octopus - unbelievable. The grilled calamari - awesome. I'm not a sea food person so I took one of each because I knew I wasn't going to like it. I went back in for seconds. Everything, appetizers, main course and desserts were AWESOME. Highly, highly recommend. Worth the price. I will go again.”

“Reasonably quiet community, lots of families so some kid noise, but totally within reason. Everyone is pretty friendly considering covid, so many keep to themselves more than I think they would under normal circumstances. No pest issues, work orders resolved quickly, friendly managment. Star lost because there's no guest parking. Can use Walmart parking during the day, but not overnight and the street/neighborhood is crowded. Overall happy to live here. Would recommend.”

The only time I had a problem with a tenant was when they recommended I NOT rent to someone and I did anyway. After months of issues with the person I finally got them out. My biggest complaint was simply the noise from the street and the upstairs neighbors. Overall, University Place was very accommodating and helpful throughout the past eight months that I lived there.”
