“We lived at Palo Alto Place in a 2-bedroom apartment for two years. Moving in was straight forward, no hidden fees or hidden cost. Apartment was very nice, spacious, clean with high-end appliances. Washer and dryer in apartment included. Laminate wood flooring in common areas and carpet in the bedrooms. Pool and the pool area is always clean. BBQ grill always has gas and working great. Plenty of room to entertain friends and family. Apartment manager Moises is great, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. He immediately took care of any issues we had within the apartment. He also took care of any issues we reported in the outside common areas. He organizes community events to get everyone in the complex together. Palo Alto Place was somewhere we felt comfortable and happy to call home. Living here felt like we were living with family. Everyone takes care of each other. I highly recommend living here.”
