“I rented a property with Reality Dimensions under a 1 year lease. I must say they have been one of the best Reality companies I have been with. They are pretty good with communicating with you. Whenever I had minor issues with the property, they were resolved in a timely manner. The only concern I had was with the 3rd party company they use to collect online payments. They had a error in the system and I was charged with a late payment fee even though my rent was not late. After going back and forth with the issue I just gave up and paid the late fee. The ladies in the office were very patient with me and very helpful. But unfortunately there wasn't much they could do about it. I was able to receive a large amount of my deposit back after leaving the property in good condition. I am overall very happy with the company and the services they provided. I would rent with them again.”

“These apartments are nice and the grounds are always clean. The manager Andrea is amazing!! They don't allow any nonsense to go on like loitering, loud parties etc. If your inconsiderate and bother your neighbors trust and believe you will get told to leave. The only negative thing I'd say would be that if you have an after hours or weekend maintenance issue there's really no one to contact and you probably will get stuck waiting tell the office re-opens to make a request for maintenance to come out. Work orders always get handled quick though so that's a plus.”
