She made the both of us comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. She explained to me that I may have broke my wrist and made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. The support staff, from the gentleman that gave me my tetnas shot to the woman that helped with my wrist made me feel comfortable and explained everything that they were doing to me.
