She not only contained problems, but more importantly Ani enabled separation of the trivial from the truly important to allocate effort and thus was repeatedly able to save very crucial time (due to severe IRS time constraints, delays could easily have destroyed all profit). Ani ensured that every aspect of the project throughout the restorations, the home's presentation and sale, went very rapidly, and perfectly. While this entailed constant pressure, Ani displayed nothing of dismay.
