“I’ve only been less than a week being here so take this opinion with a grain of salt. The manager, Morris, was very professional and awesome in taking care of my application and touring of the place. Everything looks very clean, and despite the oldness of the building, the inside felt a little less. However, the windows are thin and one-paned, and it got really cold during the night (I did get sick over the past few days). The wall is thin and since my unit is next to the street, cars passing by are pretty loud when I’m trying to sleep. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy and cops are patrolling the site pretty frequently.”
