“I've had the fortunate experience of working with Anne to both buy and sell a house. Four years ago, I was looking for a moderately priced home in Rocklin--my first house--and was referred to Anne. I think that would be helpful to a lot of the tenants who live alone. Noise pollution from upstairs neighbors has increased over the past year and they are very disturbing at times. The rent here is keeping up with California rents overall and does not really consider seniors at all.”
