“Gated community, night guard, security cameras recently added????... in China town and with in walking distance of olvera street aka Placita olvera, Disney concert hall, Grandpark in downtown, The Broad, Museum of contemporary art, Cathedral of our Lady of Angel's, union station to say the least. The apartment manager and staff are wonderful people and always keep the place up nice and clean, staff always greets me and my family when coming in or out of the building making you feel good living here, they have 24 hour call center for urgent repairs if it may be needed with fast response,(thanks to apartment manager and repair team for always repairing what I report in a timely manner).”
