“Idk how people rate this place low. Sometimes the grimier the better. Place was so good I had it twice in one day. Orange chicken was great, rice was perfect, and the salt and pepper wings were crunchy yet tender. I don't get the low ratings. This place was clean when I went, and the people were very friendly. Definitely recommend.”

“Rolled up on the BEST burger joint, on my way to the San Diego Zoo. I called to see if they had Bison Burgers & guess what: THEY DID 😋 Oh my it was thee BEST I’ve EVER had so far & the way it came dressed w/those carmalized onions JUST the way I like’em: MMM MMM GOOD. The smallest places or as some ppl say: hole in the wall is ALWAYS delicious. The ambiance is just a lil small bar, that sell quick food to go with your drinks. The bar tender showed us SO MUCH LOVE, he was outstanding with his hospitality & GREAT service. They also have a juke box to play music.”

“First time trying this truck looked clean and behind a truck I tried before that I gave 1 star. Well I tried the al pastor taco's and they were definitely cooked right. Great texture, a good amount of ingredients and spicy. I normally don't get any real heat on my taco's excluding a jalapeño the heat on this was awesome. I like habenero hot sauces this was close and very delicious. I got 3 taco's and a small drink it was only 10 dollars..not bad. Will try again.”

“Looked the place up on Google and liked what their menu offered. Went in cashier was nice and recommended some foods. We checked out the menu and ordered some food.. Mine was called "Killer Pastrami Combo" It was delicious . My Pastrami sandwich combo was bomb. Frys and Sweet Tea was the finishing touch. My daughter ordered the Pastrami Burger Combo. She said it was yummy and she ordered a side of Fried Pickles that looked like regular French fries and some Chili Beans...She said they were spicy but good. My hubby ordered some kind of Salad . Not sure what kind but he said it tasted really good. And he ordered a side bowl of Chili Beans & Cornbread. Both were spicy, but he ate them. He usually doesn't eat spicy stuff. (JUST A WARNING ABOUT CORNBREAD AND CHILI BEANS) But he said they were good . They had a dessert case right in front with Cheese Cake, Cakes and Cookies. Of course we ordered about 3 Desserts before heading back home. Place was big and nicely decorated and quiet. People were friendly. If we come back to town will be sure to check them out again. Thank you”

“5 stars because of the Bakery and the Delta view provided at this venue. Frankly most of Antioch is a place where one must often look over their shoulder — at least at Monica’s one can be at ease. The food is delicious, the staff while often a bit stretched is friendly & courteous, it has a diverse arrangement of places to dine and drink. The fire pits can be enjoyable on a chilly night or day especially with a drink in hand! While you may full indulgent don't let that hinder the good time to be had. They have live music which draws a crowd but that is great if your trying to enjoy an evening or socializing. Sundays are very busy after 10 a.m. onward. The bakery while not open Monday’s offers throughout the rest of the week a fine array of decadent treats that would make your trainer blush. It handily puts the competition in its place. A fine place indeed, that provides an escape which in my estimation is worth every penny!”

“The food and sides were overall great. We got the King steam dumplings which were giant and good. The spicy steam roll dumpling were great. The fried dumplings were good. The Korean styled steamed dumplings were amazing and probably my favorite. The only bad thing was the shrimp fried rice. It was not worth the money as the flavor was bland.”

“We were so glad we found Emuna to cater our wedding! John was easy to keep in touch with and was very responsive. He truly did a great job with our venue to make sure all was smooth for us. They provided a ton of food and no one left hungry! The brisket was a big hit! We got lots of compliments on the food/dessert in general. If you're looking for good kosher food at a reasonable price, Emuna won't disappoint!”

“We got here at a good time. It wasn't too busy and we got our food quickly. And as always it was delicious. I really like the onion rings. They are crispy but not so much that it tears the roof of my mouth and they're made with real onions. It's never been a disappointment. The fried green beans are really good too.”

“Best California burrito in the area! The burrito is hefty so beware lol also, the customer service is great! The guy at the drive thru really made our experience great. Definitely will be back!!! It was so damn good, forgot to take the pic! UPDATE** Took my boyfriend here and we shared the Cali burrito. We asked for it cut in half and they even separated then in different wrappers! Never seen that before, so sweet of them! He loved it!! Now I got them pics! All this plus a large sprite for 20 bucks! Can’t beat that! Thanks to the guy at the drive through again, he rocks!!!”

“Wow the birria burrito “ultimate crunchy super queserito “ is a pillow, enough for two meals for me. I thought birria by definition was goat meat but they make it with beef. The beef, rice, beans, cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo, salsa and sour cream came wrapped in a double tortilla, which I thought was like double bagging to keep contents in. But upon further inspection, I found there was melted cheese between the tortillas, hence a quesadilla, which is what the menu does say. I promptly lost control of it and needed a fork and a knife. The rosa de Jamaica was super sweet, after the taste of many aficionados of Mexican food. My wife got the birria and says it was too salty . Shaded outdoor on 70s styled colored picnic benches. This is place for challenging your buddy to finish the whole burrito”

“As with all restaurants that I have been to lately, it was so dark I couldnt see what I was eating! That being said, the food was delish! I had barbacoa short rib enchiladas. They were very tastey. The taco Tuesday is a must do! Get the $20 pitcher of margaritas! I wish I had. This may become my new Mexican food go to and it is reasonably priced. They give good customer service as well. The atmosphere is very lively. At least it was when I was there. It is located in the back of Hotel Figueroa. I can't believe that I have been passing this place by almost daily and didnt know it was here!”

“Sushi Ichiban has great tasting sushi, fresh, no smell, I started with miso soup, and had, 6 piece sashimi that had Muguro, Hamachi, and Sake salmon. Michelle roll is soo gooood! And Sake Hama which is salmon collar that is super umami. I wanted Kiran Ichiban beer but they have been out of that for months now which is too bad they don't have thier name sake Ichiban. So I had a Sapporo instead. Cons: They are on the pricy side, and they close early at 7:45 pm Pros: great fresh fish, friendly service”

“We went for the first time ever yesterday and LOVED it! I couldn’t take a picture of everything we ordered because I was too excited to eat but here’s the breakdown: Overall Experience -Staff are sweet and friendly -Plenty of parking around the restaurant -We sat outdoors and had a beautiful view of the woods below but there’s also indoor seating What we ordered (the menu changes!) -Budino with Roasted Grapes: excellent -Caesar Salad: great dressing -House Made Sourdough Focaccia: standard delicious focaccia but the hummus stole the show -Boneless Beef Shortrib: pictured below and it was amazing. I loved every bite and even the broccolini was addicting -Fogline Farm Stuffed Chicken with Spaetzle: my partner ordered this meal and I only got ONE, albeit delicious, bite since he ate it so fast and didn’t share -Brownie ala Mode: I don’t even like chocolate but loved this -Seasonal Sorbet Trio: Incredible. The kiwi flavor was outstanding as it had the perfect balance between the sweetness, and tangy tartness of an actual kiwi We’ll be back, see you then!”
