“My new favorite sub spot. Since the first time I've had a sub from this place I've had to apply much self-control to not go get a sub here more than once a week. Yes, the subs are that good. I get the turkey avocado and my son gets the meatball. We both agree that we get the best subs from this place. In addition to this, the staff is super friendly. If you live in the area and you haven't tried this place, you're missing out!”

“All three of our burgers were excellent. Halfway through the meal we all said "we are definitely coming back here." We ordered our burgers medium but they came rare, which is fine, burgers were delicious. Still, that would be the only criticism I could give on this visit. The fries are excellent and the onion rings are delicious and just the right amount of tender and crispy. Our server Rico was so friendly and gracious, really took care of us. Overall, a great pleasant dining experience. Definitely recommend.”

“This is a review for their Happy Hour or "Golden Hour" which is Monday-Friday, 4:00pm - 5:30pm and for a few items from their regular menu. You have the option to sit indoors our outdoors. We chose indoors, which is lovely and cozy with white tablecloths, flowers at each table, and fireplace. The Caesar Salad for $5 was so good, I almost wanted to order another one! I loved the Loaded Potato Skins ( $5) !!! The Calamari was a solid Good ( $10) . My friend ordered a beef Taco( $4) and it was disappointing. He won't order it again. My husband ordered from the regular menu and he loved his Flat Iron Steak with a side of asparagus . We all shared the Smores Casserole ( $14) dessert! I highly recommend sharing this! It comes with warmed up graham crackers! Parking is a bit difficult, but we found parking on the side streets.”

“This place is kind of out of the way I heard about it. I wanted to check it out. I seen it on Facebook. They really pile on the meat. My sandwich is flavorful. The meat was tasty. It was a little greasy, but it was good I went with the Butchie 8 inch I enjoyed it. I’ll be back for another.”

“Had a dynamite sushi burrito here last week. It's on Lorton near Burlingame Avenue so parking is impacted by construction, but there's a big new garage a block away and never fills (top secret). Staff is super nice and lunch was perfect. Can't wait to go back!”

“Location is in a good and safe place in Rancho. The venue itself is nice, has an awesome classic vibe and the music they play are awesome classics. It also super clean both inside and outside dining. The servers are good and fast considering we dined in at 12 noon. Granted there were not a lot of people dining in (like 5 total). They even served our food to our table which was unexpected. Good unexpected. The staff were nice as well. Definitely coming back”

“I went on Thursday evening around 4pm when they just opened . I ordered Chicken Pizza Masala as it is their best seller & minty cheese bread. I asked if they can make the pizza not spicy as my kid doesn't eat spicy food and the cashier said they'll make it mild. The wait time was about 20 minutes for my order. When I got home, we devoured the pizza right away as they smelled so good! The crust was not thick nor thin but it was soft yet the bottom was crispy - super good! The toppings (red onion, tomato & chicken) tasted really fresh. I was expecting the 'mild' to be a bit spicy but it was not spicy at all and my kid loves it (he usually doesn't want onion on his pizza but he ate all the toppings this time!). The minty cheese bread is my favorite! It was such a clever flavor combination to a boring cheese pizza. The mint gave a bit of kick and brightness to the bread. I will definitely order it again.”

“I've seen the future of the food that will go into my mouth and it all begins and ends here with Sol bee Taco, the latest restaurant from the family that brought you Humble Bee Cafe – an oasis for thoughtful, creative, and really good food with a new American sensibility, in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, otherwise a wasteland for such things. There are great options here for vegetarians and gluten-free folks aloke. There are two different vegetarian tacos, both of which are delicious including the Ajo Seta Taco, which has a good portobello mushroom flavor to it (though I did lean towards adding salsa to it to give it more oomph. I’d also love cheese on this one.) AND the Verde Machina taco (possibly the most biologically steam-punk taco name ever) which also had good flavor, especially with lime squeezed on it. Nice and tangy! You can get a taco plate where you can mix any 3 tacos which then come with beans and rice. I did this and had the pinto beans which had a mild flavor and which were hearty. The star of the meal, for me, was the Butternut Squash and Kale Quesadilla! (I’ve gone back and had these 2 more times since this first visit!) It has tons of flavor and it was certainly the best use of cheese in everything we ordered. It came with a very delicious salsa, and a vaguely Indian cream sauce which I loved. The star of the meal for my wife, was the Chili-Lime Cucumber and Guacamole starter. She loves it. Both of our dishes and the sides were beautifully presented with a little edible flowers, all kinds of delectable sauces, and were really just a pleasure to both look at as well as eat. They also do a housemaid chips here. We have these a couple of times and both times we found them to be a little bit too thick for artists as well as (and again both times) a little bit over cooked for chips. The corn taste definitely came through by a single chip is a pretty heavy proposition here at Sol Bee They have beers and siders on tap, and I had the Table Creek red wine blend which I found to be quite smooth and drinkable as blends tend to be. We closed out our first meal at Sol Bee with their house-made Flan. This was incredibly “caramel-y” and by-far the best flan I've ever had, with dehydrated, cinnamon-sugar coated bananas on top. I'm not normally a flan guy, but this was outstanding. Entire experience was topped off by serving staff who were among the nicest and sweetest people we've ever encountered. Well done Sol Bee. We’ll be back again and again.”

“Upon my discovery of the G Z, I found a couple of items on the menu that I have tried. The entries that I have tried were made to order , which is a good thing and I appreciate it to know it's fresh. The G Z is located in a strip mall and has about 6 tables inside. There was a lot of takeout on my 1st visit , so the place is busy. So, this cuisine is Armenian food and is well made ,with some great ingredients and great flavors. This a must try for anyone with interest in good food.”

“Fantastic cozy brewpub with local flavor and incredible food. I had easily the best Cubano sandwich in my life there. The owners (great people) told us they slow cook the Cubano pork shoulder for 24h themselves and it shows. There was great live music when we went (5-7pm Wednesday) from a very talented older gentleman playing covers of Bob Dylan, Crosby, Stills & Nash, and others of that era. He wove entertaining stories in between songs and it made for a great time. There were a few beers on tap: a hazy IPA, red ale, stout, an interesting pastry sour, and one other. Tried the hazy IPA (pretty good and easy to drink), red ale (good), and the stout (alright, unremarkable). Come for the food and ambiance, and as long as you're not expecting 98+ point beers on tap, you'll have a great time.”

“Delicious! A real gem hidden on Robertson near Hami. This place bakes for the Ivy and you can taste the excellence. My husband is partial to the Salad Nicoise, I love the Huevos, and our friends love the home made fresh pasta. Everybody indulged in the amazing, home made fresh gelato. It's worth a quick stop in on a hot day for gelato, an early morning for a pastry, or a relaxing brunch if you have time to sit down.”

“Was craving the crispy patty burgers of Mooyah, but it’s far from me so I decided to just get McDonalds. I passed by this place and read “Best Burgers,” so why would I settle for less? I checked and the reviews were good. The place is a classic simple diner. The wait isn’t even 5 minutes. I ordered the fries, jalapeño poppers, and mushroom burger with extra bacon. The staff members are so polite, helpful, and kind. Everything was hot and fresh. You can see them cooking it. The fries are crispy and full. The beef patty definitely had the grilled taste and was so juicy. It was dripping. The burger was so big and thick. The burger lives up to its name, Best Burgers. Better than In-N-Out. It’s around as big as a BK Whopper but thicker. The jalapeño poppers were big, too, and the cheese was oozing and melting. I found a new place for my cheeseburger cravings.”
