“After a big storm we noticed not one, but two roof leaks running down through our ceilings, walls and onto our floors. We called our insurance company and they told us that we were on our own for finding a roofing contractor to repair. I went online and started what seemed like a parade of contractors coming out for estimates. The difference in attitude, professionalism, and willingness was eye-opening. After fielding over 10 different estimates and interacting with these contractors only one contractor took the time to investigate and find and take a picture of the actual holes I had in my roof. This was Tyler from CSR Roofing. I was impressed. CSR was not the most expensive nor was it the cheapest bid – but they were the most accurate and comprehensive. Tyler took the time to explain to me the reasons behind the leak and the lack of roof maintenance issues he was experiencing. When we accepted the bid and I called their office to speak to the owner Daryl and told him about my positive interaction with Tyler he noted that Tyler was his son and that he “raised him right.” Tyler was on-site with his team during the repairs and the crew was very responsive and efficient in getting the repairs done quickly. For these reasons, I can strongly recommend CSR Roofing for any annual maintenance work or specific leak repair. Very prompt and kept commitments, arrived after I left for work and left before I got home - site was cleaned up each day. Pulled all permits and made suggestions for air vent placements to provide best look while maintaining functionality. Price was very competitive with other quotes. “Background: I contracted homeupgradespecliasts for a new AC installation. I did my due diligence beforehand and was impressed by how competitive their offer was , on top of the fact that they offered all the top brands. I also wanted to do everything by the code and unlike some other companies they actually encouraged applying for city permits. They filled the applications quickly and from the day I signed the contract till the installation there was only a few days delay. Day of: I wanted to install the AC on the roof so I needed a crane. They scheduled everything. Everyone was on time and everything was schedule to a T. Crane showed up on time, the crew were professional and courteous and everything was finished in just one day! Inspections and rebates: The inspections and rebates is were their customer service really shined. It took a few rounds of scheduling to get the inspector to come to my house and verify everything. It took almost ONE YEAR for my rebate application to get processed. During this time, they were very responsive to my calls and in multiple instances provided and updated the documentation that the city had asked for. 5 star customer service here. My only recommendation for the team is monitoring the corp email more frequently. Having said that, my phone calls were always answered promptly!”
