Twice Diaz Roofing was mentioned. He was not the lowest priced and not the highest priced bidder. When I interviewed Mr Diaz, I was comforted with his responses to my questions. My wife and I selected Mr. Diaz's company to re-roof our home. As the job progressed, each day, like clock work, he and his crew were ready at 8AM. As the work continued I noticed the true craftsmanship of the product he was giving me. If a board was questionable, he replaced it. At the end of the day they cleaned the area better than they came to. He stayed with in his quoted price, but we got more than we bargained for. I hired All Bay Solar to tear off my 30+ year old roof and replace it with a solar reflective roof along with 4.735kW of SunPower A-Series Panels and an upgraded 200A service panel. Like any construction job there were surprises and unexpected developments that came up but when they did, Carlos, the owner, took responsibility for ensuring that my expectations were met or exceeded. He and his crew were at my house for 4-5 days and we developed a good level of trust. All Bay Solar is the contractor that you want to work at your house during COVID. They have done a great job training their crew to take proper precautions and wear face coverings while on the job. Given how hot it is up on the roof during the day that is really impressive. He also proactively had his entire crew COVID tested when someone at their company came in close contact with someone who had tested positive. They are responsible and organized and take the risks of COVID seriously.”

“Introduced to John through a mutual friend and once we got the desired color of the roof finalized. He got his crew onto the project and got it done very quickly. He kept us informed of how much they had done by sending photos everyday till completion. This was a nice added feature since he was re-rooofing a rental unit and eliminated the need to drive out there on a regular basis. My property managers would check on the status every other day as well and keep me informed. They were impressed at how fast his crew worked and when they saw the end results they were impressed. I look forward in seeing the new roof in person in a few weeks, when we have time to go to Hollister to see it. They started on a Monday and were finished by Thursday afternoon (including inspection). Since, we are concerned about price, they are very competitive in pricing and it was my property managers who said he offered very good pricing which helped me with my decision.
