“My daughter has been taking lessons at Whitebrook for a little over a year, has attended summer camp and recently joined Pony Club. Christina, Savannah and Katie are fantastic instructors, extremely knowledgeable, and are great role models. Lessons go beyond saddle time and touch on all aspects of horse management. The grounds are stunning, the horses are well mannered, and everyone is so helpful and kind. Whitebrook has truly become a barn family to us. “Seydou is an excellent coach. Our daughter who is a beginner in tennis has been training with him for a couple of months now and we already see drastic improvement in her performance. Seydou keeps the training interesting by introducing games and other challenges that definitely helps the child understand the game. Our daughter’s form and technique has improved and she feels more comfortable and confident compared to where she started. She looks forward to her classes and enjoys practicing during weekdays so she is prepared for her upcoming classes. “I have gone there for twice. The first time i went with my friend. They are so patient and service us for around 2 hours to pick the suitable wetsuit, shoes, and gloves. The second time I went there alone for mask. They gave us very professional suggestion including the volume for different mask and how should they fit on face. Super nice and professional people. She was introduced to a variety of foods, which we loved, and enjoyed the activities they did. All the staff were great, and really appreciated how responsive Liz, the director was. “Without a doubt, Mark is the best guitar teacher in L.A. I've tried loads! He's a remarkable musician, patient, enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable. In only a few short months, he's taught me everything from pop to folk to rock (Oasis, Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran etc) with multiple fingerpicking and strumming techniques. I really appreciate that I can bring any piece of music and he's able to quickly break it down and make it playable while each lesson leading me to gain confidence and expand my skills. “@AngelMorales - thank you for sharing your story of your child on spectrum. I had a similar experience. My boy diagnosed with level 2 autism non verbal was in a similar situation , he started attending around age 2 - they basically said he needed one on one attention.So we pulled him same day and 2 week notice was waived. It’s tough with having a child on spectrum. I really hope to see them accept your child back into program. Maybe learning jungle could use more training on children with special needs such as Autism. There’s not a whole lot of options in Valley Center, so I really hope learning jungle can find a way to meet the needs of all our children in Valley Center.”

“I cannot speak highly enough of Alamo Montessori and all that Marnie and her team have done for our little boy. We enrolled our son at 18 months, the youngest age that AM accepts (which is lower relative to many Montessori programs in the area!) While I knew that it would be a big transition for him, I was comforted when Marnie asked us to come see the program in action and let him join in for two short visits prior to our first day. At the time, he was shy, attached, and was behind in his speech. Since then, he has grown into such a confident, personable, and intuitive little boy. I attribute so much of that to AM's approach to learning. They paint, do science experiments, read books, sing songs, and play outside every day. They let the child lead with their interests, but also expose them to experiences that I don't have the patience for (or the willingness to clean up!). He is constantly coming home with new skills, songs and words in his vocabulary. He gets so much focused attention and I can tell that he is incredibly well loved and cared for. We communicate and receive photos through an app, and there are twice yearly "parent teacher conferences" where we get an update on how he is doing. He has thrived under their care. I truly believe that placing him in Alamo Montessori has been one of the best things we have done for him. I am so grateful.”
