We chose Goddard for the curriculum & structure, in addition to the benefits of regular socialization with children and adults outside our family. The Farm Lane location has terrific leadership and teachers, who all genuinely care and have the children’s best interest in mind, while providing guided play and teaching that prepares them very well. We interact daily with the teachers, both receiving and providing regular feedback about our children’s growth and progress in certain areas. The teachers and leadership have always been available to us, and provide a comfortable, constructive setting to make sure everyone is on the same page and is doing our best for the kids. Our daughters love going to school here. They have made a lot of great connections with both friends and teachers and have grown substantially as a result, both academically and socially. We’re thrilled with our experience and highly recommend this school.”

“The teachers have been top notch, problems we have are due to the district and not getting their act together. My son years ago and now my 2 grandchildren have been attending the school for the last 5 years in that time we have become an honor roll school and my granddaughter went from being slightly behind to be slightly ahead of her class. My grandson had teachers that worked with him to help him overcome loosing his 2nd grade do to a family judge in Washington not having the kids best interest in mind. Our parents group does so much to make school fun for the kids that we could not ask for a better school.”

“The annual Rib and Chicken Fest that benefits the senior nutrition program was excellent! It was hosted this year at the Olive Pierce Middle School Performing Arts Center. The ribs and chicken were moist, lean, tender, and tasty. The sides and desserts were also very good. I'll surely be back next year.”

“If 3 Acalanes seniors are any example of the quality of students attending this high school I rate it 5 stars. From the Lamorinda Weekly I learned of Acalanes lads called Local Helpers who wished to do hourly work for people in the area. Twice last year Ryan Nall & Cole Brant worked hard to help me clean my Alamo condo. This past weekend they were joined by Clay Schmidt who moved all of my "stuff" from one Alamo Bridge condo to an adjacent one. They worked (8 hours total) with heavy lifting -not breaking a thing. These fellows were such a help to me I was happy to pay them more than their asking rate. Their good hard work hopefully exemplifies the character of Acalanes and Lamorinda teenagers of today. “This place was awesome!! I highly recommend for the needle-less lip filler. She did an amazing job, and was so sweet,accommodating, and professional. I will definitely be back!! She explained the process with great detail and gave me helpful before and after tips. The pain of the procedure was about a 4/10 but I have an extremely low pain tolerance. You should definitely book. It was a fast and rewarding experience, that you won’t regret.”

“We stayed there for our week out of Wilderness Lakes RV Resort since my husband had broken his leg and couldn't drive our truck and fifth-wheel. We were fortunate enough to have friends staying at Wilderness Lakes who could help us move the 15 miles to Royal Holiday and back. The location was fabulous, right in town, and the people were friendly. It's a Mobile home park with a few RV sites. The sites were huge with their own cement patios. The roads were nice for pushing my husband around in his wheelchair.”
