“Clean, caring, Christian school. They take pride in providing quality care and education for all the kids! I love that there's monthly themes with fun activities built in. They provide snacks and lunches, which is really convenient. There is a strong emphasis on Christianity, but they make it so that even the littlest ones can understand. The most important thing about this school is their safety practices. They have a secured door system that requires a passcode, and they vigilantly ID people to ensure that they are permitted to pick up the child. You can never be too careful, especially when it comes to the safety of your kids. It is so reassuring to know that they are diligent about protecting our babies.”

“This school was worth every penny to go to. The campus is beautiful (as long as you ignore a few smells), the school spirit is great, and the academics are rigorous, yet fair. This school makes you work now so you are prepared for the difficulties of this college. The athletics are one of the best in the state and I love the choir. Most of all, I love the faith formation at this school. When I was choosing between this school and St. Michael's, one main concern of mine was that I wouldn't get a good education about the Catholic faith, and BOY was I proven wrong. In freshman year, the teacher already introduces you to more experienced Theology and Philosophy. However, if you are not Catholic, the school definitely won't force you to be one. Not only does this school give you a better faith, but it also teaches you to be a man or woman with character and integrity. There are people that say that all of the kids are snobby but that's not the case at all. There will always be your select few, but most kids in the school are really affected by the school's great program of character building. Overall, this school is a masterpiece that brings a building of faith, intellect, and character of its students. Also, if you haven't noticed, all reviews that are 2 to 1 stars are reviews that are saying that the students are all rich and snobby (not true) and that we have drug problems. I would also like to note that JSerra has regulated drug tests that makes sure that people aren't violating the law so we have more drug control than most schools. However, to those who say that our school is messy, I will admit that there are a few areas that you need to be weary of.”

“We LOVE having our daughter here! The principal Heather Jeanne, teachers, and office staff (Ruby Lozano and others) are warm and welcoming, and make learning fun! Everyone learned me and my child's name immediately too. They have a garden and farmer's market, and an amazing after school program. Our kindergartener is now reading really well! “I have two children enrolled at Madrone. Something that I really enjoy about the school is the way my twins are encouraged to share, work together, and at the same time practice independence. They are both in the same room and both my husband and I are pleased with the staff and their commitment to early childhood. This Montessori program offers a natural and hands on approach to learning about science, nature and math. The director speaks to the children with love and compassion as well as to my husband and I. There are a lot of ways to be involved and my husband and I have both learned more about how to take the Montessori method into our home and encourage our children to be more self-reliant. This school has been a great experience for us and I only wish that my kids could stay here a few more years!”

I like how the principal & vice principal are very involved in the children's education & parents concerns. All staff makes you feel welcome. Its a very clean campus. “My daughter has been taking voice lessons with the Normandie studio for about 2 years. Heather is great with her and has helped my daughter grow musically during this time. Heather is intuitive and knows how to guide the voice, and the student, to greater musicality. While being with the studio my daughter was accepted into her high school chamber group as a Freshman, as well as parts in several musicals, which speaks to how voice lessons with Heather has helped to move her forward in her musical goals! I highly recommend this studio!”

“We truly, truly lucked out when we found Little Genius Family Daycare. It was in our neighborhood, so it seemed very convenient, within walking distance of our home. When our then 2 year old daughter first joined, the daycare had just reopened after the pandemic. It turned out to be a fantastic experience for our daughter. In fact we couldn’t have hoped for a better daycare. Liana is very experienced and she knows how to bring fun, care and love to a structured, healthy and super clean learning environment. Liana is also very generous and the kids always have parties, new toys, yummy food, gifts for birthdays and holidays. Our daughter has learned so much there—great social skills, reading, drawing and artworks, math, poems, songs, even some writing, and so, so much more. She ended up stayed there for 2 years, she absolutely loved going there, and she would still go there longer if we didn’t have to move away. We are heartbroken we have to leave, and we will dearly miss Little Genius and Liana and her team. This is an incredible daycare, thank you so much for having our daughter for those two years!”
