I finally gave up and took boots I already had (but looked silly in) to Chambers Shine Parlor & Repair. They tailored my boots to fit! I've never had boots fit before! They were super friendly and fast too. Really great overall experience. Also the customers leaving just before me (both during drop off and pick up) were super happy with their orders too.
