“By the end of the month (May 2020) my storage unit will be empty. This is a really nice, clean, and secure facility. You get a special pin to unlock your unit at the gate entry, Which is connected to an alarm system. So there's extra security on top of it just being secured by your lock and a surveillance system. The grounds are very clean and very secure. Large imposing fences and walls keep unwanted individuals out. If I ever need storage again I would definitely come back to A-1. The staff are friendly and kind, and as a company that are easy to work with. It was very little effort to set up an auto-pay system and I had no issues with customer service. I paid about $85 a month for a 5 x 5 storage unit, which included an insurance coverage on my property in the unit. They have other rates and other sizes. Although I do not know what those are. You can't get a better price for that Top Notch security and service. Trust me I looked.”

“Driver-- easy delivery. You do have to swing wide if you're turning right in there. I just went down to the next public street and turned right, flipped around in their neighbors back lot. Delivering in the lot isn't too bad. If theres more than 1 or 2 trailers in the 2nd row, I would just back into the lot from outside the gate. I1 deep u can spin around in there.....be safe. Everything else is easy, no mt's but it was a Saturday and I didn't care. Restart......”

“I had been looking for a safe, and temperature controlled storage space for my wine for long term cellaring, and was referred to the wine grotto by my colleague who works in the wine industry. Even before my first appointment the staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating, and I was able to bring my wine with me even to my first appointment! The facility is very secure, and there are amenities to help transport your wine from your car to your locker. They have a great video on their website that goes into detail of all of the features to help keep your wine cool! Highly recommend.”
